Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová opened on 29th March 2008 the golf season in the Golf Learning Centre in Bratislava-Vrakuňa. Again the presentation of the project „We are searching for golf talents“ was done. „It´s a great feeling that our idea and aims came true.“ First Lady hopes more schools will become a part of the project in the future.
Some schools in Slovakia already integrated golf into their everyday life. One of them is also the Slavic Gymnasium at Žitavská-street in Bratislava where organizers festivy openes this years´ golf season. During this day children and their parents could play golf and try some of the methods of this game. Also Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová tryied the stroke of the golf ball.
