On 21 June 2011 arrived the Polish presidential couple Bronislaw Komorowski and his spouse Anna Komorowski to a two-day official visit of Slovakia. During the discussions in the Golden Salon of the Presidential Palace in Bratislava spouse of the Slovak President Silvia Gašparovičová introduced Mrs. Komorowski her charitable activities in the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová – Education and Health for Everybody. In addition, she also introduced activities of the International Women’s Club in Bratislava, where is Mrs. Gašparovičová since 2005 the honorary member.

First Ladies of Slovakia and Poland visited the Slovak National Gallery

Afterwards First Ladies of Slovakia and Poland viewed exposures of the Slovak National Gallery in the so called Water Barracks in Bratislava. In addition to the exhibition of Italian art of the 16th-18th century they also visited the "Cabinet of Curiosities." It is a wide range of curiosities from the depositories of the Slovak National Gallery, which are presented on the basis of associations, mutual correspondence and contrast.

On 22 June 2011 both First Ladies will visit a creative workshop of the Centre for Folk Art in Bratislava, where Mrs. Komorowski will get familiar with the traditional Slovak folk crafts.
