After a year again on 14 June 2011 the Junior Chamber International Slovakia awarded young people who with their business contribute to greater competition and efficiency in business. In her speech the First Lady of Slovakia Silvia Gašparovičová commended young people who ventured into business. "From my own experience I know that being an entrepreneur and start a business is not easy. While you fill your dream of business, you need not go through huge bureaucracy and funds obtainig in the market to achieve your goal. While some of your peers were looking at what they will do in future, your ideas were clear from the beginning on – to sustain with an own business plan on the labor market and then succeed in the fierce competition," said Silvia Gašparovičová.

She also pointed out that we still see how many young people with higher education can not sustain on the labor market. "The state should create better conditions and more space for small and medium enterprises," recalled the First Lady of Slovakia.

At the event Silvia Gašparovičová traditionally also gave the personal First Lady of the Slovak Republic Award to one of the nominees young women entrepreneurs, who is distinctive, unique and has a domain name in her business field. This year the award won Mrs. Šárka Technovská who develops creative, innovative business and she fits with the everyday problems of successful trademan. Since 2008 her company TRIO sells teas, confectionery, wines and other delicacies, while the emphasis is on creative non-traditional packaging.
