The first Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová attended a Charity Gala Concert called Children to children 2013, which was organized on 6th December 2013 by Dance Club "Danube" and Slovak Association Wheelchair Dance Sport (SAWDS) already for 14th times.
It was a traditional pre-Christmas meeting of DC “Danube” SAWDS, and their partners and supporters. Solely disabled children and their non-disabled partners performed (?) at this event.The award ceremony of the Golden Heart 2013 was attached to the Gala Concert, expressing gratitude for the financial, material and media support of TK "Danube" Bratislava and SAWDS. The First Lady of Slovakia was also this year awarded for her long-term assistance and financial support.
On this occasion, Mrs. Gašparovičová again decided to help and provided, through her Foundation - Education and Health for Everybody, a cheque in the amount of 500,- Eur to DC "Danube" Bratislava. These funds will be used to support sport activities of dancers - wheelchair users. |
