First Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová met on 29 January 2013 with spouses of new ambassadors to Slovakia. The meeting took place at the occasion of the submission of letters of credence of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Namibia Mr. Raphael Nakara Dinyando and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Slovakia Mr. Fesseh Asghedom Tessema into the hands of the President of the Slovak Republic.
The Slovak First Lady introduced to the spouse of the new Namibian Ambassador to Slovakia Mrs. Bertha Dinyando the various natural and cultural sights in Slovakia, as Mrs. Dinyando visited Slovakia for the first time ever.
Along with the spouse of the new Ethiopian Ambassador to Slovakia Mrs. Kiros Tessema Mr. Gašparovičová discussed especially charitable activities aimed at children. In Africa, it is particularly acute to help children orphans with HIV / AIDS – also Slovakia is committed in this area through establishment and running of medical clinics; many of them are established also in Ethiopia. |
