Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway will pay a state visit to the Slovak Republic

Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway will pay a state visit to the Slovak Republic from 26 to 28 October 2010.

The royal couple will be greeted by Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič and his wife Silvia in the Presidential Palace. During the first day in Bratislava, the prominent couple will meet with Prime Minister Iveta Radičová and Speaker of the National Council Richard Sulík. They will also visit the Primatial Palace where they will meet with Bratislava Mayor Andrej Ďurkovský.

His Majesty King Harald V and Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič will attend the opening of the Slovak - Norwegian Forum of Competence and a Conference on Foreign Policy. The royal couple will also take a trip to Modra and Banská Štiavnica. King Harald V and Queen Sonja will return to Norway on the late afternoon of 28 October.
