The Christmas Bazaar in Bratislava´s Old market hall is an event organized by the International Women´s Club of Bratislava every year. Part of the club are spouses of ambassadors and diplomats that are working in Slovakia. Honourable member of this club is also the First Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová who supports this event with material gifts, buying of products from protected shops and with her personal participation. The charitable aim of the bazaar is help for children´s homes, retirements homes, medically handicapped children and their parents.

On November 18, 2007 stands of embassies invited guests for take traditional food, pies and products. The demand was really huge and again it could around 1,5 Million SKK be raised for charitable purposes. 3,800 tickets for the ruffle have been sold, many valuable gifts were provided. The most valuable of them was a plasma-TV form the Corean Embassy that was tossed by the First Lady of Slovakia.
