First Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová met on 25 April 2013 spouses of new ambassadors to Slovakia. The meeting took place on the occasion of submission of letters of credence of the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Military Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and Malta Mr. Ottokarl Florian Finsterwalder, as well as the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Mr. Carlos Alejandro Barros Oreiro and the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Algeria Mr. Mohamed Benhocine into the hands of the President of the Slovak Republic.
First Lady of Slovakia presented to the spouse of the new ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to Slovakia Mrs. Almerie Finsterwalder the natural and cultural sights of Slovakia. First Lady of Slovakia also mentioned the cooperation between the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová – Education and Health for Everybody and the Sovereign Order of Malta – they supported the project of treatment of serious skin diseases of children from socially disadvantaged families in Slovakia.
With the wife of the new Uruguayan Ambassador to Slovakia Mrs. Stella Marís Mulet de Barros, Mrs. Gašparovičová discussed in particularly the beauty of Bratislava and of Uruguay, as well as the national dishes of both countries.
In discussion with the wife of the new Algerian Ambassador to Slovakia Mrs. Tuula S. Hannele Benhocine, Mrs. Gašparovičová highlighted the history and beauty of the Presidential Palace, which was Mrs. Benhocine very fascinated by. She was particularly charmed by the color and furnitures of the Golden Room, where both ladies hold their discussion. |
