At the Bratislava School of Law was on 13.–14th December 2007 hold the XVI. conference „Child in Danger“ under the auspice of Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová. This conference had the slogan „Jeopardy without Borders or Borders without Jeopardy“ and was organized by the Research Institute of Children Psychology and Patopsychology together with the Bratislava School of Law. The aim was to configure areas of jeopardy of a child.
Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová personally participated at the conference. She´s active in propagation of children´s rights and their all-round development, improving legislation in Slovakia. Also in the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová – Education and Health for Everybody she implements projects for children. „We see a weak cooperation between school and family especially in moral education of children. Many specialists talk about crisis of today family,“ said Mrs. Gašparovičová. Due to that „we should adopt specific measures and projects for children and youth to avoid inacceptable extending of jeopardy borders of children.“
