On 15 May 2013 on the occasion of Mother's Day visited the First Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová the Gymnasium Česká in Bratislava. After a short visit of the school´s facilities followed a festive program which prepared by pupils and children of the kindergarten, as well as primary and secondary school on the Česká Street. Children addressed to their mothers poems in Slovak, but also in English, German or French. Children also presented their dance talent.
Mrs. Gašparovičová was very moved by the skills and talent of the children: "I wish to you that you should enjoy learning and for the future I wish you good job positions as wise and clever people. I look forward to the beautiful poems and songs that you recited and sang for your mothers. Mummy is the one who does everything for you and is always with you." |
