This year’s 15th anniversary year of the charity concert ´Hearing by Heart´ delighted once again children and youth from boarding schools for hearing impaired children. The concert in the Arena Theater on 19th April 2008 attended also the slovak First Lady Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová who hold the patronage over this event. "It’s amazing to see how young people can cope with this shortage and how their capabilities can enforce in a world where the sound is one of the ways of perception."
The children could see outstanding slovak artists who deal with non-verbal modes of art. One of them was indeed the main organizer of this wonderful event – mime Vlado Kulíšek. The proceeds from this charity concert organizers dedicated to activities that develop the talent of hearing impaired youth.
