First Lady Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová met on 2 October 2013 the new ambassador's wife in the Slovak Republic. The meeting took place on the occasion of submission of credentials designate Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the French Republic Mr. Didier Lopinot into the hands of the President of the Slovak Republic.

First Lady of Slovakia presented the wife of the new Ambassador of France to Slovakia Mrs. Elisabeth Lopinot during an interview in particular natural and cultural sight of Slovakia and gave her on this occasion various information materials. Mrs. Lopinot was charmed by the beauty of Presidential Palace and she was interested in the Open Day, which every year takes place at the Presidential Palace.
