On 14 May 2014, on the golf course Hron – Three Oaks near Sliač took place the Slovak Primary and Secondary Schools Championship in Golf, which was already the 3rd time organized by the Private Slavic School in Bratislava and the Slovak Junior Golfers Association in cooperation with the Slovak Golf Association. Winners took their prizes from the hands of the Slovak First Lady Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová.
The tournament, like in the previous two years, was met with great interest of the pupils and students –21 school teams and 72 players in the individual competition have signed up for the tournament. During the tournament on the golf course in Sliač were not ideal conditions due to very strong wind and drenched lawn. Nevertheless the best among women became Oľga Prachářová, who played 74 rounds and won the individual evaluation in the women category before Hana Dzubáková and Lea Klimentová. The winner in the male category was decided by a shootout between Ján Friesz ml. and Alex Lužinský, of which came out victorious Friesz. The third place went to the only 14-year-old Matej Čerman. The team evaluation won Bilíkova Gymnasium in Bratislava.
