Lovers of beautiful cars, art and especially people with an open heart met on 4th March 2010 in Banská Bystrica. In the premises of the company Motor Car Banská Bystrica was organized already the 5th year charity auction called "Discover the secret of perfection." For the guests also a surprise was prepared – the first showing of the Mercedes Benz E-Class model E cabrio.
Among the event participants came also the spouse of the slovak President Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová and representatives of the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová - Education and Health for Everybody. Aim of this charity event is through the auction of works of art raise funds that are dedicated to help medically disabled children. So it was also this year. A check of 4990, - EUR handed over into the hands of the President of the Foundation Mr. Peter Kunkela, director of the company Motor Car Banská Bystrica.
Mrs. Gašparovičová thanked all participants for the raised financial amount. "Thank you all, because with your help we can improve the education of children with disabilities. Last year, the Foundation thanks to the financial amount collected here successfully purchased pointing device with a desktop for students in the Boarding School Topoľčany and for the Integrated Primary School in Partizánske we bought the program Fono 2," said the First Lady. Works of art gave into auction outstanding Slovak artists, such as Mrs. Gordana Turuk, Mr. Karol Benický or Jaro Šulek. |
