Worldwide successfully integrated couples presented themselves on 10th March 2010 in the National Integration Center of Dance Club Danube Bratislava to the slovak First Lady Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová. After a short cultural program First Lady viewed facilities of the integration center. Its activities and future plans explained Mr. Andrej Mičunek, President of DC Danube Bratislava, who also thanked Mrs. Gašparovičová for the sucessful 5-year collaboration. "We are pleased that we find understanding among such people as the First Lady is. It is admirable that you are interested in this area. For this center and these dancers it is a big help," said Andrej Mičunek.

First Lady visited the National Integration Center

Mrs. Gašparovičová thanked for the warm welcome. "It’s always a great experience for me, because dancing is art in a wheelchair. For this a big thanks belongs to you. Allow me to thank you for the wonderful representing of Slovakia abroad," said First Lady.

In a week (on 21-22/3/2010) the dancers will in fact represent our country at the Asian Championships held in Hong Kong, as well as at the World Cup held in Netherlands, where they will defend leadership. As in previous years, also this year in Slovakia will be held an international competition in show dances in a wheelchair called Danube Intercontinental Cup 2010 under the auspices of the First Lady.
