Charity concert „Počuť srdcom 2009“

For the 16th time met hearing impaired children in the Aréna Theatre in Bratislava for visiting the charity concert „Počuť srdcom“ (Hearing by Heart) on May 8, 2009. Also the spouse of the slovak President Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová, who held the auspise, visited this event. Children from Lučenec, Prešov and Levoča were welcomed by the moderator Pavol Bruchala and the Mime Vlado Kulíšek, who played a royal clown. „I´m happy that his event became a long-term tradition. Each year you show us your skills and your performances are more and more beautiful,“ – said Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová. 

An inseparable part of the charity concert is a festival of spare-time art activities that was organized for the 17th time. Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová rendered the award for painting to the student Lenka Cmarová. As one of the organisers – Mr. Vlado Kulíšek – sais, „the aim of this project is to outmatch barriers between hearing and impaired children. The gain of the concert will be given to organisations aimed at education and training of hearing impaired children in Slovakia.“
