More than 700.000,- SKK donored the American Chamber of Commerce to 12 charitable organizations in Slovakia. The 14th festivy administration of cheques on 2nd December 2008 visited also the First Lady Silvia Gašparovičová. „There are many people between us who need our help and support. Today we honour with financial aid projects of organisations that are very helpful to our society and due to this financial gift they can be successful. I hope the quality of ill or disabled children´s lifes comes better, but also of people in a hard life-position.“
The American Chamber of Commerce shows with this event that she isn´t insensible to lives of people who really need help. For many years she helps with material and financial aid to organize the Gardenparty. From this charitable activity could the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová – Education and Health for Everybody buy special rehabilitation aids and help specialized institutions for suffering children.
