Diamond fashion night

Not only a presentation of luxury models and jewelry was the charity and fashion show Diamond fashion night in the Grassalkovič garden on June 19th 2008. In fact the concern lied on the education about the fight against cervical cancer and about help for oncology patients. Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová together with the Mayor of Old Town Bratislava Andrej Petrek, have taken the patronage over the event.

Well known Slovak celebrities have taken over the role of mannequins. The wife of the President of the Slovak Republic is not indifferent to fashion: „I really like to have a look on new models and accessories.“ The Diamond fashion night under the direction of Daniela Kralevich was the last of a trilogy of fashion shows. An auction of two diamond rings has been held during the event. The output of the auction – 75 thousand SKK – will be donated to the foundation of Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová and the non-profit organization of Mrs. Eva Černá. Like Mrs. Gašparovičová stated: „I immensely appreciate that also events like this remember of ill people who need our help.“
