First Lady of Slovakia Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová received in the Presidential Palace in Bratislava on 7th December 2009 the spouse of the new Korean ambassador to Slovakia, Mrs. Qi-Dk-Soong at the occasion of rendering the credentials to President Ivan Gašparovič from the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in the Slovak Republic Mr. Seok-Soong Seo.
Both ladies discussed the health system in South Korea. Madam Soong is very close to this area because since more than 20 years she worked at the Department of Public Health. Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová mentioned activities the Slovak Foundation of Silvia Gašparovičová - Education and Health for Everybody. She particularly informed about the foundation´s project Assisting the Health Care – ensuring of absence life-saving devices.
First Lady also highlighted the beauties and sights of Slovakia, such as the Small Carpathian Wine Route, which is very popular especially in autumn. |
