Mrs. Silvia Gašparovičová hold also this year the auspice over the contest Businesswoman of Slovakia and at the festive results promulgation on 22nd November 2007 in Bratislava she personally rendered the price in the category Excellent Businesswoman. The absolute winner became Mrs. Eva Pechancová from Pruské who does business in wood-processing industry and manages a saw-company.
Mrs. Gašparovičová said it´s great to see women do business in all industry areas – in maschine and building industry, sewing, education activities and many others. She highlighted addition, work and help for business subjects from the National Agency for Developing of SME´s and the ambition to highlight businesswomen in Slovakia through several prizes. She also congratulated the winners who had to fulfil difficult criteria. “I´m sure of the fact that the prize should get also all other slovak businesswomen due to their work, enthusiasm and invention – thanks to which they become more successful.“
