Charity concert

His daily bread is dark, despite his disability he has enough energy and optimism. By his singing he spreads happiness and hope. Even for that is well known the singer Maroš Bango and he was the central figure in the charity concert „Light into the Darkness“. Its aim is to present activities and problems of people with disabilities in Slovakia. And also it is an opportunity to mobilize people to achieve the objective – the full and equal enjoyment of human rights and participation in society by persons with disabilities.

Along with Marián Bango leading artists Martin Babjak, Sisa Sklovská, Ľubica Vargicová, Miro Žbirka and others were singing. Also Gustav Brom Big Band led by Vlado Valovič and Children’s Choir of the Slovak Radio were playing and singing.

Part of the concert is also the call for contributions on the bank account of the Light into Darkness, which will distribute the money among individual charities and organizations of disabled people. The collection is held in the form of sponsorship and a paid sms in cooperation with one mobile operator. Into the public money collection people can contribute up to 31st December 2010.
